This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21338 of 2022 on 07.09.2022 to report before the respondent police, Coimbatore City on everday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
