This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thiruchengode to entertain the private complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and to take cognizance of the same 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, the complaint was filed in the year 2022 and it continues to be returned for one reason or the other and the final representation was made on 02.06.2023 and thereafter, there has been absolutely no progress. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thiruchengode, to proceed further to take cognizance of the complaint if it is otherwise in order and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
