ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus calling for the impugned order made in refusal check slip dated 22.09.2022 in RFL/Vellakovil/54/2022 issued by the 3rd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register and release the settlement deed dated 18.07.2022 in pending document No.18/2022 in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.21324 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and he executed a settlement deed in favour of his grand son and when the same was presented before the respondent for registration, the same was returned on the ground that the original parent document was not produced. Hence the petitioner has filed W.P.No.21324 of 2022 wherein this Court by an order dated 22.08.2022 allowed the writ petition and directed the respondent to register the document on production of a copy of the parent document. Even though the third 2/5
respondent refused to register the deed on the ground that non traceable certificate was not produced. Hence this petition.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the third respondent/Sub Registrar appeared before this Court and also filed an affidavit stating that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition and undertakes to comply with the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.21324 of 2022.
4. In view of the submission and the affidavit filed by the third respondent/Sub Registrar this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Speaking/Non-speaking order smn 3/5
