Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023 and thereby direct the 1st respondent to issue the License for running the Family Saloon and Unisex Spa business under the name and style of True Paradise Day Spa at No.508/C, Sri Balaji Complex, Phase-III, Hari Om 1st Street, Sathuvachari, Vellore - 632 009.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 18.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
