The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily @ 10.30 am for a period of four weeks in Crl.O.P.No.18732 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for three weeks.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the fact that the investigation was also completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
