Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition namely the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court vide order dated 12.11.2021 passed in the above Crl.O.P. No.21274 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GIRI THARAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21274 of 2021 on 12.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
