ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) By this application, the applicant seeks deletion of respondent Nos.5, 8, 9, 19 and 20 from the array of respondents in OSA(CAD) No.117 of 2023.

2. In paragraph No.3 of the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that these parties are neither necessary nor proper parties to the appeal. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for and respondent Nos.5, 8, 9, 19 and 20 are deleted from the array of parties in the appeal.

3. Appellant shall carry out the consequential amendment in the appeal and serve copy of the amended appeal on the other respondents. This exercise shall be done within two weeks.
