ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son and one Babu are accused in a case in Crime No.72 of 2016 and on that basis, the second respondent is calling the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harassing her. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

4.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's son Selvam and one Babu are accused in the case in Crime No.72 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 323, 324, 364-A, 506 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(ii) of I.P.C. and under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Property Damage Act for abduction of one Vijayan for money. Since the petitioner's son alone is the accused, the petitioner is not required for enquiry. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
