ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by The Honourable Acting Chief Justice) When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Muthukumrar, learned State Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, by producing a copy of letter dated 06.03.2023 sent by the District Collector, Dharmapuri to the Government Advocate, submitted that, based on the representation/complaint given by the petitioner, the District Collector, who is the Inspector of Panchayats, has issued notice to all parties concerned by fixing the enquiry on 15.03.2023, based on which, it has to be concluded that the issue raised in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
