Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders in common order in Crl.Op. No. 20023 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 and pass any other order which the Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case may be also passed in favour of the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20023 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for weekly once from 3rd January onwards at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
