Mr.K.Ashok Chakravarthy, learned counsel having assumed office as a Receiver on the request of this Court, since he is discharging his responsibilities, there is no necessity to appoint any party as a receiver in these petitions.

2.Therefore, these petitions are withdrawn by Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew it when the necessity arises in future.
