Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

On considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court finds no sufficient reason to condone the delay of 598 days in filing the review application. As such, this miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected review application in Rev.Appl.No.SR90780 of 2017is rejected at the SR stage itself.
