The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner bail, he shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15631 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
