Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the orders dated 08.07.2019, 19.08.2019 and 12.09.2019 passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/1814/2019, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner, with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits and not to insist him for payment of the fine and GST amounts, without proving the said charge and allegation against him in accordance with the provisions of the Model Standing Orders.
