Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Refusal Number:RFL/Vetavalam/20/2023 dated 28.08.2023 issued by the respondent and to quash the same as illegal and incompetent and consequently direct the respondent to receive the corrected Sale Deed dated 28.08.2023 executed by the petitioner and register the same.
