Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner was arrested on 29.10.2022 and remanded to judicial custody.

In the light of the above factum, nothing survives in the Anticipatory Bail Petition. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
