2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14355 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is relaxed.
