This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order in Crl.A.No.67 of 2020, dated 13.08.2021 passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai, confirming the order in M.P.No.22 of 2019 and M.P.No.172 of 2016 in M.C.No.68 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the main case in M.C.No.68 of 2015 was dismissed by the Court below on 19.10.2022 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
