2. This miscellaneous petition seeking stay of operation of judgment and

decree passed by the trial was filed in the year 2020. On 02.12.2020, this court has ordered notice and private notice to the respondents. Thereafter, the petition has been kept pending till this date without passing any orders. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this miscellaneous petition pending, at this length of time and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

3. Post the Second Appeal along with other miscellaneous petitions on 09.06.2025 .
