This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail conditions imposed in Para No.6(b) against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30737 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
