O R D E R

(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Kamaladharani, aged about 17 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue, namely, Kamaladharani has been produced before this Court by the Police. The parents of the detenue are also present. When enquired, the detenue has stated that her age is around 17 years and has expressed her willingness to go with her parents.

3. Recording her statement and also finding that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone as on date, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The parents of the detenue are advised to take care of her attentively. The respondent Police shall ensure that there is no disturbance caused to the detenue from any 3rd party. No costs. 2/4
