Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/2626/2006 on the file of the third respondent/ Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board as advertised in Tamil Daily Newspaper, viz., "Dhinakaran" dted 19.07.2006 and to quash clause II(a)(2) of the said notification and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the
