ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records relating to the FIR in Crime No.368 of 2017, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be filed at any time before the concerned Court.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage and there shall be a direction to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police to file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
