This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 15.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21152 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and the Commissioner, Ayothiyapattinam Union Office, Salem, and after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass order on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, after after conducting enquiry, the respondent passed order 07.02.2024. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent before this Court. 3.
