This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 made in W.P.No.18220 of 2020.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with as the supernumerary post has been created in order to regularise the service of the petitioner as Anti-Poaching Watcher and to that effect, the Government Order in G.O.(2D)No.213, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2.(iii)) Department, dated 22.12.2023 has been issued. In support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the said G.O.(2D)No.213 dated 22.12.2023.

receipt of the said G.O has expressed satisfaction with regard to the compliance of the order.
