ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 13.10.2021 and to issue patta to the petitioner with respect to his 1/5 share in the property measuring 5 grounds and 443 sq.ft. in the land and premises bearing plot No.10, New Beach Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041, comprised in survey No.214/2 of Thiruvanmiyur Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chennai Corporation Limits in the light of the Order passed in WP.No.9722 of 2017 dated 30.06.2021.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.10.2021 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties, if any, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
