ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.900 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent police in sofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Additional District Special Court, Coimbatore on 09.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20220002016C20250001.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
