Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to as per the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021, wherein a request not to register any documents relating to the property comprised in survey Nos.11/1-A, 11/2-B and 11/3-B, situated at Govinda Chetty Street, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District, within the SubRegistration District of Kaveripattinam and Registration District of Krishnagiri if any presented by the respondents 2 to 10.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent, as per the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021, not to register any documents relating to the property comprised in survey Nos.11/1-A, 11/2-B and 11/3-B, situated at Govinda Chetty Street, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District, within the Sub-Registration District of Kaveripattinam and Registration District of Krishnagiri, if any presented by the respondents 2 to 10.

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 18.10.2021, thereby objecting registration of any deed of conveyance related to the property comprised in survey No.11/1A, 11/2B and 11/3B situated at Govinda Chetty Street, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District before the first respondent apprehending that respondents 2 to 10 herein, without title over the property by manipulation of certain documents related to the title over the property, attempted to execute deed of conveyance in respect of the said property.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the objections raised by the petitioners with regards to the deed of conveyance in respect of the property comprised in survey Nos.11/1-A, 11/2-B and 11/3-B, situated at Govinda Chetty Street, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District, if any deed of conveyance presented for registration by the respondents 2 to 11 and others and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law either to register or reject the same in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
