DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order dated 02.07.2024 without fail and there is no previous case pending against her.

Considering the above submission made by him and considering that the nature of offences, this Court is fully relaxed the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
