The petitioners herein before this Court being aggrieved by the repeated complaint given by one Khader Meeran and pursuant to his complaint, police is calling them for enquiry. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the summons issued to the petitioners herein, they appeared before the Investigating Officer. The matter was enquired and found that the complainant, Khader Meeran having habit of giving complaints repeatedly without any merit. Therefore, they warned him that he should not indulge giving the frivolous complaints. Thereafter, his complaint is also closed vide proceedings dated 19.08.2024. He further submits that the petitioners are not necessary any further to enquire the complaint of the said Khader Meeran.

Recording the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
