O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 15.12.2015. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and at that time, the petitioner herself submitted that she wants to rejoin with her husband. Hence, she wants to not press the complaint and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the petitioner's complaint was closed.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
