This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and remove the obstruction in path way in S.No.284 of Achettipalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021.

Heard Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein, after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
