ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that two years old minor child has been secured and handed over to the petitioner, who is the mother of the child. Both the petitioner and the detenue minor child are present before this Court.

2.Since the detenue has been secured and handed over to the mother, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and consequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
