Appeal Suit is filed under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated 07.11.2016 made in O.S. No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Judge Court, Thiruvannamalai.

J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant filed a memo stating that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and accordingly, the Court Fee paid may be refunded.
2. In view of the memo filed by the appellant, no further adjudication is required in the appeal suit and accordingly, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal suit.
3. The Registry of the High Court is directed to reimburse the Court fee to the appellant by following the Rules and as per the procedures contemplated.

4. Accordingly, the appeal suit sands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
