This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.05.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint on 23.05.2022; but the respondent police has not taken any action on the said complaint; hence he is seeking a suitable direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.05.2022, C.S.R. has been assigned in C.S.R.No.603 of 2022 and preliminary enquiry is being conducted.

The petitioner is said to have submitted accident register copy and other documents to the respondent. Since the enquiry is pending with the respondent police, it is obligatory to consider all the materials and complete the enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
