This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the "Petitioners to report the Respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders" imposed in Crl.MP.No.8932 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5859 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
