2. Mr. N. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. The reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is accepted. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above CMPs, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same along with the Second Appeal on 19.08.2025.
