This petition is filed to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the above said cross appeal.

2.Mrs.C.Harini, the learned counsel representing on behalf of M/s.M.B.Gopalan Associates, takes notice for the 1st respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 208 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
