ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents for considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2025 to check the above mentioned Plot Nos. 299,300, 307 and 308, Extent 9600 sq.ft this plot comes in Survey 40/3G of sale deed dated on 27.10.2006 document No. 1736/ 2006, Book-1 in the office of Sub Registrar of Royakottai, Krishnagiri District, to add the another part of Survey Numbers 40/3G1A1 Part, 40 /3F1A1 part and to issue new patta with correct survey numbers.

It is seen that there is a rectification issue. As per the 2/4

sale deed, the petitioner was issued patta.

Therefore, if anything is wrong, the petitioner ought to have approached his vendor for execution of rectification deed. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
