ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.10.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to allot land for homeless people who belong to the Aadhi Dravidar Community in Kallapalayam, Vellarivelli Panchayat, Edapadi Taluk, Salem District.

Heard Mr.G.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.T.Chezhian, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
