Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property situated in Old S.F.No.153/3, New S.F.No.349/10 and a vacant site situated in old No.3/22A, New No.3/7 in Koothur Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District based on petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property situated in Old S.F.No.153/3, New S.F.No.349/10 and a vacant site situated in old No.3/22A, New No.3/7 in Koothur Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard, Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
