O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that more than 80% of the members of the petitioner Association have already received the monetary benefits in pursuance to the orders of this Court. Since the Association filed a petition for want of relevant particulars, few more persons are left out.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the details regarding the left out pensioners have already been given to the respondents.

3. If so, the respondents shall process the application in respect of the left out pensioners and settle the benefits as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
