The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in CRL.O.P.No.25763 of 2021 by order dated 28.01.2022 in which paragraph No.6 (a) the petitioners are directed to deposit two lakhs and the same was permitted to withdraw by the defacto complainant without any undertaking clause. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court clarified that Paragraph No.6 (a) of the order dated 28.01.2022, passed in Crl.OP.No.25763 of 2021, shall be modified as follows:

'' 6 (a) the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2021, within a period of fifteen (15) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

ub days before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur and such amount is laid in the crime number until disposal of the case.

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in dated 28.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 25763 of 2022 after making necessary corrections.
