Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second Respondent in relation to the proceedings in No.E1/31754/TNSTC (Salem)/2006, dated 24.07.2006 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners for the post of conductor in the Salem Region for the existing vacancies available with the second respondent Transport Corporation.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second Respondent in relation to the proceedings in No.E1/31754/TNSTC (Salem)/2006, dated 24.07.2006 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners for the post of conductor in the Salem Region for the existing vacancies available with the second respondent Transport Corporation, challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. However, the impugned order was passed on 24.07.2006 and the interim order sought by the petitioner was already rejected by this Court on 26.07.2008. In the absence of any interim order, I do not find anything that survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
