This petition is filed to condone the delay of 394 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 05.06.2023 made in Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court at Tiruppur.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this petition stands ordered.
