ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the name of Public Interest Litigation challenging the order dated 18.08.2023.
2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the petitioner is an Associate Professor and there are many professors appointed illegally as Deans by the second respondent in violation of Anna University Act 30 of 1978. Challenging the same, this writ petition.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. The allegations raised in the affidavit raised in the writ petition is totally unconnected with the impugned Order. On perusal of the very impugned order, it would indicate that it is only guidelines as to how the Attendance Register, Notice Boards and other records shall be maintained in the University. Such view of the matter, this writ petition is nothing but abuse of process of law.
4. Hence, I do not find any merits in the case and accordingly, this writ 2/4
petition stands dismissed. No costs.
