ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of his representation dated 20.07.2015 seeking refund of compounding fee in accordance with the orders passed by the first respondent dated 11.06.2015.

2. Mr.Manoharan Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the

petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015, within a stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
