Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2021.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made on 09.12.2021 by the petitioner.
2. Since, no adverse order is being passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.
3. Mr. Abul Kalam, learned Standing counsel takes notice to the 1st respondent.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner
who is residing at Kanganiyur Kattu Valaivi, Karkkalvadi Post, Omalur Circle, Salem District has made a representation dated 09.12.2021 to the respondents herein for grant of three phase electricity service connection to his house. However, till date, no action has been taken on the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed seeking the above relief.
5. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2021 and pass appropriate on the same, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
6. Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.
7. Heard the learned counsel on the either side and perused the materials available on record.
8. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
