Crl.M.P.No.16131 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16131 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17928 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17928 of 2022 by order dated 16.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly till 22.10.2022. However, thereafter, he was affected by Covid-19 and therefore, he could not comply with the conditions. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner complied the conditions from 11.10.2022 to 22.10.2022 and thereafter, he has not complied with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17928 of 2022 by order dated 16.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
