The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with first accused has committed chain snatching.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is a college student and he was also implicated in one another case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that he has one previous case and the property was recovered from the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the offence alleged against the petitioner is grave in nature and he has involved in one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
